@mattash99 I think U R Confused .PIN 31 is EA and not for reset.Pin 9 is for reset rest and rest only. What I have refered to always is pin no9 and not 31.pin 9 is used for reset (high to Low)also so that the programe starts from the begining at the time of switch on instead of arbitrarily from any where. That is the reason why the RC network is provided in such a way that the pin goes high momentarily as the capacitor behaves like a short circuit at the switch on and after that pin 9 goes ground
From my memory, the EA pin is not to do with boot up resetting, but is a pin used to set external addressing. tieing it to ground will allow the 8051 to fetch data from an external memory location. tieing to Vcc will cause internal memory fetch to be used on boot. Again i may be wrong, but any data i have ever read on 8051 has always shown EA to be external addressing. not a startup reset.Im not sure my age or qualification comes into anything, but it is postgraduate
@mattash99 I shall be glad if you could tell me your age and qualification
@mattash99 Pls visit my last video that will clarify your wrong idea on charge and discharge of the capacitor
@mattash99 Thanks for the comments.I shall be grateful if you could kindly correct my mistakes. Please write down what is the correct statement.
A couple of small errors in there, like the charge/discharge function of the bootup cap, but never the less, a useful little video
@house204 ... or a guy who knows about electronics?
The LED is the most chilling ;)
Come on house204 seriously was that comment called for? This video is very helpful! Bet this guy whom you call a "terrorist" has more education then you will ever have...
Fucking Terrorists.
